Assalamu Alaikum, I am having an issue with the Quran.com Media Maker. Whenever I try to generate a Quran video, the video generation fails and shows “Failed” under My Media. I have tried multiple different ayahs, different reciters, and the default reciter, but the issue remains. I have also tried both my logged-in account and Chrome Incognito mode, with the same result. I am using an Android phone with Google Chrome. Could you please check whether there is an issue with the Media Maker video-generation service? Jazakum Allahu Khairan.

macOS 26.6, MB M1 Pro 2021 I have noticed that when adding a manual reading to the 1st of certain months, my entry is not accepted - it may be to do with the fact that all these months are 31 day months, and it is consistent back to 2023. I have already sent an email to Walid about this a couple of days ago

I'm using Windows and Google Chrome If I click on any verse and then click on "lessons," I encounter the same error saying something went wrong

Bug Description: When attempting to log reading progress by clicking the "Manually Add Reading" button, the website fails to process the request and displays a generic "Something went wrong" error message. Steps to Reproduce: Log into your account on Quran.com . Navigate to your reading history or dashboard tracking section. Click on the "Manually Add Reading" button. Notice the error message popup: "Something went wrong". Ubuntu OS FireFox Browser.

when i press download video it keeps turning but nothing happens, and when i refrech tha page it counts as i did a download but nothing is downloaded (windows 11, ryzen 5 5600)

At Aya 34 V20, I bookmarked several weeks ago, Since then I can generate new bookmarks, no problem and the old one 34v20 bookmark goes away as it is supposed to. Next day when I open the App it's back to the same ie 34v20 position and the recent bookmark is absent. This has been going on for several weeks, consistently.

Try changing the verse number manually using the keyboard; you will find that the numbers will be displayed in English and the following message will appear: "No results"

Then select the "Single Verse" tab or the "Group of Verses" tab. Then set a number greater than 1 next to the "Repeat each verse" option. Then press Start. You will find that the last verse will be recited only once, and then the repetition will stop. The same applies to Surah Al-Qasas.
