Bug Description:
When attempting to log reading progress by clicking the "Manually Add Reading" button, the website fails to process the request and displays a generic "Something went wrong" error message.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into your account on Quran.com.
- Navigate to your reading history or dashboard tracking section.
- Click on the "Manually Add Reading" button.
- Notice the error message popup: "Something went wrong".
