Translation and Tafsir errors

In The Clear Quran by Dr. Mustafa, verse 18 includes the word “Meccans” in the translation. This insertion creates a contextual problem. because verses 29:16–18 are part of a continuous passage where Allah is narrating what Prophet Abraham said to his people. Verse 16 introduces Ibrahim speaking to his people, and the message continues through verse 18. Because of this, adding “Meccans” in verse 18 is misleading, as the verse is not directly addressing the people of Makkah at that point, but rather continuing the account of Ibrahim’s warning to his own people. Also this word does not appear in my physical copy of The Clear Quran.

There is a missing “space” between two words in the second line of the English translation by M. A. S. Abdel Haleem in Surah Al-Baqarah (2:196).

Tafsir Ibn Kathir, Surah al-Ghashiyah, Ayah 22, in the story of Dimam theres an extra "I" before the words of the Prophet PBUH, making the sentence out to be "I, (Allah)". Please fix this immediately!

Maududi translation and tafheem is so important and yet is full of typos and omissions, particularly in Surat 22.

22:44 Footnote 2 states "The Arabic word nakeer is very comprehensive and implies two meanings:" and the rest is missing.

In 22:38 Footnote 3 states "The Arabic word mudafiat implies two things.", although the word mudafiat is not directly used in 22:38, which might be linked to yudafi (defends) although the rest of the sentence is missing that might explain the link/point.

Salaam - please refer to Suratul Qadr. The first two ayaat, the madd there is a disconnected (or separated) madd, which should show up in the color orange. However it shows up in the color red. Am I mistaken, or is this an error?
