Quran.com Media Maker videos are consistently failing

Assalamu Alaikum,
I am having an issue with the Quran.com Media Maker. Whenever I try to generate a Quran video, the video generation fails and shows “Failed” under My Media.
I have tried multiple different ayahs, different reciters, and the default reciter, but the issue remains. I have also tried both my logged-in account and Chrome Incognito mode, with the same result.
I am using an Android phone with Google Chrome.
Could you please check whether there is an issue with the Media Maker video-generation service?
