The word highlighted in red shows the nukta above the word فا is overlayed by a ط symbol making reading difficult.

The word highlighted in blue; i'm not sure if its an error but the ج symbol seems to be above a letter instead of between two letters which makes it more obvious where to and not to add a pause etc. Do check.
