Email login but with password

I love the website.
Wish you had password option instead of emailing a link when I need to login.
Unnecessary extra steps.
If not possible, can I migrate my account to Google or Apple based login?
I want to retain my bookmarks.
Separately, please enhance the mobile app to be as good

Agree.
The registration process is weird and doesn't follow convention.
- I struggled to find the Registration link - took me 4 attempts!
- When I go to "Login" page, I don't need/expect to see advantages of Logging-in! All I want to see is username/password and a Big Register link!
- Couldn't see the code in my email - why is it in white! Do not use HTML, just basic text.
- At registration, showing me a code which I then need to look for in an email is putting the cart before the horse.
- Convention is to email me a code which I then enter into the page to complete registration.
- As I'm submitting this bug, why am I asked to register and log-in?!
Registration and reporting a bug is frustrating to be honest.
Hope that makes sense.
