Assalamu 3Alaykum!

I’m not the best at Arabic, perhaps I am wrong, but in the tafseer of Surah An-Nahl (16:56-16:60), الأَعلى was written with a dumma so I was a little confused. I apologize if I am wrong, but wanted to ask just in case.
