Reciter starts reciting Surah fatihah in the middle of another surah

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم السلام عليكم
In سورة المرسلات on raad al kurdi's recitation in the app android version at verse number ٣٤، once he recites that ayah he says allahu akbar then starts reciting Surah fatihah and the green ayah highlighting box thingy keeps on moving to the next ayat. Perhaps the recording was from a salah but I fear it will cause confusion especially to the non arabic speakers
