I see that Quran.com on desktop has a clean sign-in/sign-up workflow; however, the IOS version does not. It seems to claim that there is a sort of auto-sync regarding iCloud; however, I am unable to see this in action.

I signed up on desktop using my Apple ID, thinking perhaps that was the intended action; however, my bookmarks don't seem to sync.

I am therefore wondering why the IOS Quran.com app does not have a simple login feature that would cleanly link accounts across devices?

Note: The IOS cloud in the top right corner of the "Bookmarks" page reads when clicked:

"iCloud Sync

The app uses iCloud to sync bookmarks & notes across your devices. You can disable it from your device's iCloud settings."

So, just to clarify,

#1. I have no clue how this works in practice. I don't seem to find an iCloud log-in option on my desktop; instead, I find the standard social or email logins, which don't sync with my iPhone.

#2. I cannot find this iCloud Sync in my iPhone settings except under "Saved to iCloud," with no in-depth features beyond toggling on/off; no further clarity is provided in this scenario.
