Proof reading errors in Urdu Translation in the Quran App on Android

السلام علیکم
I found today some urdu translation mistakes in the Quran app, not necessarily mistakes but missing letters. Please see attached and correct if these are real urdu translation issues or just on my device.
- 'Alif' missing with 17:105:
اس قرآن کو ۔۔۔
- 'Alif' missing with 17:108:
اور پکار اٹھتے ہیں۔۔۔
- Doesn't seem right 17:109:
اسے سن "کو" ان کا خشوع ۔۔۔
