App for Mac Laptops

Sticky Washington

Salam Alaykum, I love your site and it is one of the few online quran sites I trust. I was wondering if you guys could make a desktop app for apple laptops, or desktops, so then we can download onto laptops and listen and read quran even if we do not happen to have internet or are traveling. May Allah aza wa jal reward every person who worked on all aspects of this project with jannahtu firdaws Ameen.

Wa alaikum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,

Jazakum Allahu khayran for your kind words and du’a. Ameen, and may Allah reward you too.

Our app already runs on Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or later). To find it:

Open the App Store on your Mac.
Search for “Quran”.
Choose the iPhone & iPad Apps tab under the search results. The app is listed there, not under Mac apps.
Install it as you would any other app.

Please let us know if you have trouble finding or installing it, insha’Allah.

Wa alaikum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh,
Jazakum Allahu khayran for your kind words, trust, and beautiful du'a. Ameen, and may Allah reward you abundantly as well.
We appreciate your suggestion to introduce a Quran.com desktop app for Mac
, especially one that supports offline Quran reading and listening while traveling or without an internet connection.
While you can currently access Quran.com through your Mac's web browser, we understand the value of having a dedicated application with offline capabilities.
We'll share your suggestion with our team for consideration in future improvements, insha'Allah.
Thank you for your continued support and for helping us improve access to the Quran.
