Why do I need to enter otp for donation?

Can't anyone donate without OTP? I exited when I saw that I have to enter OTP, same must be the case with hundreds of people across the world.

I am using Windows 11, Chrome. I wanted to donate but the popup procedure is not sending verification code to my email or my phone and I've tried resending and changing the email too. Same bug. I cannot donate. Please Fix.
