Loop not working for audio

- i set loop for surat al-mulk. but now it stops after 1 full play. can't change loop count as well.

usually when using repeat verse feature, it doesn't start the recitation from where I chose, for example: I choose from 18:27 to 18:31 when clicking "Start Playing" it starts from the beginning of the Surah (18:1)

2) Click on audio player's repeat icon

Osama Sayed: 1) I am using a Google Chrome OS Chrome Book (Version 96.0.4664.111) Official Build. 2) Google Chrome 3) I tried reloading; here are the steps:
3a) I opened surah Mulk/67.
3b) Pressed ayah 3.
3c) Pressed the play button
3d) Pressed the repeat button on the bottom
3e) Selected "From Verse 67:3" "To Verse 67:3"
only that ayah
3f) Selected infinity
3g) Pressed "Start playing"
3h) Pressed "Select Reciter"
3i) Selected Shatiri
3j) Page stopped loading, no more audio < issue happens >
3k) Reloaded page
3l) That cancelled the repeat request on my browser so I tried again
3m) Didn't work so I reloaded once more
3n) Didn't attempt again; closed Quran.com
I tried again this morning and after a lot of reloading it started playing; so jazakallahu khairan for your help; but I am guessing it was something on my end.

Would be great if you can provide:
- Which Surah were you reading
- The exact version of Google Chrome you are using
- Were you playing the audio player before changing the font or you paused it then changed the font and if so was it on the repeat mode or normal mode?
