In your Quran android application, In surah Muzzammil last verse 20th verse, there "لا" this type two symbols are missing.

Alhamdulillah, this is not a bug. The difference you noticed depends on the Mushaf (script style) selected. For example, the Tajweed Mushaf is different from other Mushaf options, and certain symbols may appear or not depending on the choice.
To check this, please try the following:
Open Quran.com (or the Quran Android app).
Open the side menu (right or left, depending on your language).
Go to Settings → Reading Preferences.
Under Page Type (Experimental), select a Mushaf other than Mushaf Tajweed (e.g., Classic Madani Mushaf – 1405 King Fahd Complex).
Reopen Surah Al-Muzzammil, verse 20, and you should see the correct symbols in shaa Allah.
