Whether it happens with all surahs or only specific surahs

We tested switching to King Fahad Complex V1 on our side, but we were not able to reproduce the issue so far. Could you please share your device, browser, and a screenshot or short screen recording showing what happens when you select V1?
Also, please try refreshing the page or clearing the browser cache and let us know if the issue continues.
