Unfortunately I'm leaving as I've never seen such a site where I litterly begged them to fix the bug and they kept on ignoring me ... I downloaded 3 more Quranic apps found the one I just fell in love with so I would rather go there and wait for them to fix something very bad experience with them

This is the 3rd time I'm asking kindly to fix the bookmark issue. I've tried to sign out and then sign in ... I tried uninstall then reinstall the app ... I tried signing in from Google chrome still the same issue I tried signing in from aloha app still the same issue... Yes everything when I sign in it gives me the wrong bookmark and it's stuck on Surah Isra 17:10 ... I'm currently on Surah Kafh but everytime it shows on bookmark 17:10 and it's very frustrating pls help me as I get confused everytime ... Whenever I save new bookmark it goes back to 17:10 pls help me

Pls resolve my issue I'm on Surah Kafh it's still showing the old bookmark Al Isra 17:10 it's not updating at all pls help me resolve this issue I'm this close to leaving the app as I'm getting frustrated by confusion.yes I'm signed in ... Yes I did uninstall and reinstalled it again ... Yes I did complaint this is my 2nd complaint pls resolve this issue

And whenever I read new ruku and bookmark it ... It doesn't updates to new one ends up with Al Isra 10 right now I'm at 93 but it's bookmarked on 10
