Auto-Scroll: Scrolls to another ayah, different from others!!!
Tabish Shah Mohsin
1) MacOS
2) Brave
3) Vid included to show the flow
4) https://quran.com/2?startingVerse=51 and play 2:54 and scroll as in video
Now, the auto-scroll feature not only moves the page even while the reciter is paused, but also scrolls to a completely unrelated verse.
I haven’t yet checked if this behavior happens with other verses or chapters, but thought I should flag it.
I had previously reported that auto-scroll sometimes makes it hard to read the verses immediately before or after the one being recited — but in this case, it even makes it difficult to follow the ayah currently being recited.

1) Hello. When I scroll with my thumb, I do a light flick to go to next ayah, but then it scrolls all the way down to the end of the surah. The sensitivity isn't working or something. I have to scroll slowly, or it will scroll down extremely fast....

Issue with Auto-Scroll Feature
Ysheujehehwofk
I am writing to report an issue with the auto-scroll feature on your website. Specifically, while reading Surah Al-Infitar, I noticed that the auto-scroll is moving too fast and does not align with the words being displayed. This makes it difficult to follow along.

When reading it keeps auto-scrolling, can you disable all auto scroll features when just reading without audio? I am losing the ayah where i was reading, and it makes me super nervous

I think that this feature was intended to speed auto-scroll to the playing ayah, but it scrolls unintentionally.
For instance, if you're reading along with the recitation of 74:35 and wanted to read again from the earlier ruku to get context, it forcefully scrolls to the ayah itself.
This auto-scrolling does seem to have a threshold to the speed of scrolling, but at times, you might scroll quickly between ayahs or read shorter ayahs quickly.
I also think that turning auto-scroll off when playback is stopped, would fix the issue in sha ALLAH, and would ensure that scrolling is intentional.
