Surah Sham's recitation can't be heard properly

On surah Ash-Shams, if you listen to ayat 8 by Mahmoud Khalil Al-Husary, the ف(faa) in the beginning of the ayat isn't pronounced, and/or it is very faint, can someone please fix this?

We checked Surah Ash-Shams (91:8) with the reciter Mahmoud Khalil Al-Husary, and we were unable to reproduce the issue on our side.

The exact timestamp where you noticed this
Whether this happens every time
