No Audio

I listen to Mishary Alafasy, but every time I press the "Play Audio" button, a red rectangle pops up in the bottom corner saying "Something went wrong. Please try again"
I even tried a different account, but it didn't work.
And on the home screen, it says "Please check your connection"
Please help me resolve this issue
