Incorrect word-by-word recitation aya 40:32

I wanted to gently and respectfully bring the incorrect word-by-word recitation of the word ٱلتَّنَادِ (l-tanādi). Our brother is pronouncing it as tanād, therefore, he omits pronouncing the first letter of the word (Alif (ألف) in this case) when it should be pronounced as l-tanād.
Please fix this when you get a chance, insha Allah. And Allah knows best, of course.
