This happens with the reciter AbdulBaset AbdulSamad (not the Mujawwad version). If the audio is played normally from the beginning of the surah without using the forward/backward navigation arrows, then the out of sync starts at 2:26 . If the forward/backward navigation arrows are used, then the out of sync start earlier: if at 2:8 and skipping forward to 2:9, then the audio played is that of 2:7, starting with the middle of the ayah. The audio and the highlights almost sync back at 2:15, where they are off by about one word. But, it then goes out of sync again throughout the rest of the surah. Jazakum Allah Khair !
